The master suite is located on the main level featuring a Tempur-pedic king bed overlooking a beautifully wooded area of the sixth hole of the Greg Norman Golf Course. The private master bath suite is an oasis in itself with a walk in shower and garden tub.
The second main level bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes a comfortable queen bed with access to a full bath. The third main level bedroom features two twin beds with lots of window light and privacy. And for those noisy sleepers in your party, the master bedroom closet is equipped with a futon (we're calling "the snoring closet"!) which also serves as a fifth sleeping area.
Upstairs you will find another private bedroom suite outfitted with two twin beds that can easily be joined together as a king bed. The upstairs "beach theme" suite offers an adjoining full bath for added convenience and privacy.
The home has a two car garage, full laundry room and amazing storage space. What a great choice for a family vacation or winter rental. Also, an added bonus for our Clearwater Bay guests, there is an absolutely beautiful Resident's Clubhouse and expansive U-shaped pool waiting for you just steps away from the front door.
