Our rates are all inclusive and accommodate up to 8 people.

It includes bed linens, bathroom and kitchen towels, SC taxes, and the departure cleaning fee for stays 6 nights or greater (add $150 for stays less than six nights). If your group is larger than 8 people, add $15/day or $75/week to the rate for each extra person up to a maximum occupancy of 10 people.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.

A reservation deposit of 50% of the rental amount plus a signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation. A $250 refundable security deposit is also required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card via Google Checkout.

Our town home is a no smoking / no pets unit. Motorcycles are also not allowed per association guidelines. The minimum age to rent our home is 25. Absolutely no graduation parties are allowed.
